Role Summary The goal of the Site Lead is to oversee and facilitate the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role manages the work of journey-level carpenters and apprentices, coordinates with the project team, subcontractors, and acts as the primary point of contact for the client during the build phase. This position is 90% ‘belt-on’ role, with 10% dedicated to belt-off tasks such as project meetings, subcontractor coordination, and interfacing with clients.
