We Offer: Competitive pay plan with bonus opportunities – higher pay for more experience No weekends – enjoy work-life balance Flexible schedule options Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation & holidays Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services Ongoing training and development programs Financial planning resources Air-conditioned shop for your comfort Stable workload with no supply chain issues Family-owned, team-oriented environment Career growth opportunities with a respected Nissan dealership Responsibilities – Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician: Perform high-quality collision repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition Remove, repair, and replace damaged parts, panels, and components Straighten and align vehicle frames and structural components Fill depressions with body filler and refinish repaired surfaces Grind, sand, file, and smooth repairs for painting and finishing Repair or replace mechanical parts as needed Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every repair Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards Assist with writing supplements in line with insurance guidelines when needed Always follow insurance and OEM (manufacturer) repair procedures Requirements/Qualifications – Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician: Previous experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician required Current I-CAR Gold status (or actively working toward completion) strongly preferred Proven DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience with a solid history of quality repairs Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and equipment Familiarity with OEM certification programs a plus Proficient with ALLDATA, CCC, Mitchell, and other repair data systems Ability to read and interpret estimates accurately Welding and frame-straightening experience preferred Skilled in diagnosing, problem-solving, and completing repairs to OEM specifications Experience with advanced shop equipment (frame, welders, measuring systems, ADAS calibration if applicable) Must own required personal tools in good working order Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented communication skills Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Willingness to travel for training/certifications as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration! Overview A growing local home inspection business is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage a new, dedicated chimney inspection division. This role is ideal for a certified individual looking for competitive, performance-based pay and the significant opportunity to grow a sector of the business into a full-time management position. Given the thriving real estate market in Vermont, we anticipate this role growing quickly from a part-time to a full-time position. Responsibilities: •Lead Chimney Inspections: Independently perform thorough Level 2 Chimney Inspections (and Level 1 as needed) in accordance with CSIA and NFPA standards. •Division Management & Growth: Take ownership of the division's growth, including scheduling, reporting, equipment management, and quality control. •Documentation: Create professional, detailed inspection reports, including high-quality photography and clear documentation of all findings. •Inspection Assistance: Assist lead property inspectors with other residential and commercial property inspections when chimney inspection scheduling allows. •Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining findings and recommendations to clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
