The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Director of Human Resources role in the greater Park Ridge, IL area. The position is responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing HR programs and operations, and ensuring compliance. This individual will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and oversee the staff of the Human Resource department. The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $175K and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position).
