Responsibilities: -Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to every guest by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences. -Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the current cannabis menu, including various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and the benefits of different cannabis products. -Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts and product restocking. -Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales transactions comply with state laws and regulations concerning cannabis sales. Verify customer identification and adhere to all company policies and procedures. -Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are attractive and that the store operates efficiently. -Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: -Must be 21 years of age or older. -High school diploma or equivalent; some college or cannabis industry training preferred. -Previous experience in a retail or customer service role; experience in a cannabis retail environment is a plus. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. -Understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations. -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. -Must be able to lift 50lbs.

We are looking for drivers to help with our growing business. There are established routes as well as routes when other drivers are on vacations, etc. We will train. The job starts early A.M. and lifting is required.
