We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to enhance our front office operations. Position is PART TIME with hours Monday- Friday 8:30am - 2pm (end time can vary depending on patient volume) Wednesday is 8:30am- 5pm Position is SEASONAL we only need the help till about April/May Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression. * Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly. * Check patients in and out efficiently. * Collect payments both over the phone and in-office. * Verify medical coverage with various insurance providers (HMO, Medicare). * Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits. * Maintain organized patient records by pulling charts, scanning documents, and managing office workflow. * Follow up with patients to reschedule missed appointments daily. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in chiropractic or holistic health. * Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. * Proficiency with EMRs, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment (scanning, faxing). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. * Ability to educate patients about services and products in a professional manner.
