Location: Remote (Telehealth) Duration: Approximately 2 months (with potential extension based on demand) Compensation: Nurse Practitioner: $100 per patient or a flat rate of $15,000/month (negotiable, whichever is higher) Supervising Physician: $10,000/month --- About the Role: We are launching a short-term Telehealth initiative focused on weight management and the evaluation of patient demand for Ozempic and similar compounded medications. This project aims to assess the viability and profitability of expanding into this market — similar to models used by companies such as HIMS. We are seeking either: An experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) available to conduct Telehealth visits with patients, or A Supervising Physician (MD/DO) to oversee the clinical aspect of the operation and provide legal supervision. --- Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities- Conduct Telehealth consultations (approximately 15–30 minutes per visit) through Zocdoc or our company website (platform to be finalized). Review and complete patient intake forms prior to appointments. Assess patients’ eligibility for Ozempic and provide appropriate medical guidance. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal telemedicine regulations. Collaborate with the supervising physician as needed. Schedule: Flexible — ideal for an NP already employed elsewhere who has gaps in their weekly schedule. --- Supervising Physician Responsibilities- Serve as the official supervising provider for legal and regulatory purposes. Review patient chart notes and sign off as required. Provide oversight for clinical compliance and quality assurance. No direct patient consultations required. --- Requirements For NP: Active Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s) Experience in Telehealth or weight management preferred Strong communication and documentation skills For Supervising Physician: Active, unrestricted MD or DO license Eligible to supervise mid-level providers in applicable state(s) Prior Telehealth supervision experience preferred --- Compensation NP: $100 per completed patient visit or $15,000/month (negotiable) — whichever is higher Supervising Physician: $10,000/month flat rate --- THIS IS A SERIOUS INQUIRY.
