We are hiring one candidate per position Sous Chef ------------- Position Overview We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of Cuban / American Cuisine exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. This is a hands-on role that combines creativity, consistency, and mentorship.
