Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician/Handyman with turnover, plumbing and electrical experience to join our team. This role requires travel between multiple properties in South Los Angeles for general maintenance, repairs, and tenant service requests. MUST BE ABLE TO USE APPFOLIO TO COMMUNICATE AND SCHEDULE WORK ORDERS WITH TENANTS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY Duties Include: ✅ Apartment remodel and turnover (Painting, cabinet install, flooring install) ✅ Plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, etc.) ✅ Electrical repairs (minor fixes such as outlets, switches, and light fixtures) ✅ Drywall patching, painting, and basic carpentry work ✅ Appliance troubleshooting and installation ✅ General property maintenance, repairs, and tenant service calls ✅ Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements: 🔹 Plumbing and Home Remodeling experience required (other handyman skills are a plus!) 🔹 Must have own tools and reliable transportation 🔹 Smartphone provided for work-related communication 🔹 Must pass a background check 🔹 Language: English required, Spanish is a plus 🔹 Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently 🔹 Willing to travel throughout South LA for maintenance calls Compensation & Benefits: $30/hr Mileage reimbursement You will work 30 to 40hrs per week.
