Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced installer who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and can deliver precise, clean, and professional installations. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well with both clients and coworkers, and values quality and efficiency equally. This role involves residential and light commercial projects, including interior and exterior doors, patio sliders, custom window replacements, and more. Responsibilities - Install doors and windows with accuracy, precision, and craftsmanship. - Measure, prepare, and adjust openings to ensure perfect fit and finish. - Remove existing units safely and cleanly. - Apply sealants, insulation, and flashing per manufacturer and building code requirements. - Maintain a clean and organized job site. - Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members. - Manage materials, tools, and supplies efficiently. - Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
