This role involves traveling to various locations to perform fingerprinting and assist clients with background check procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Travel to designated locations to provide fingerprinting services. • Verify client identification and ensure accurate data entry. • Assist clients with completing background check forms and documentation. • Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for mobile fingerprinting. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus. • Previous experience in customer service, law enforcement, or administrative roles preferred. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with computers and data entry. • Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally.
