Seeking Cat Rescue Volunteers (Santa Rosa)

We're looking for a compassionate volunteer temporary family to open their home to a sweet mama cat and her litter of new babies. This little family needs a safe, warm, and nurturing environment to thrive until the kittens are old enough for adoption and mama can find her forever home too. Mama is doing her best, but a quiet, stable home will make all the difference for her and her little ones. Providing a temporary home provides a crucial bridge for these vulnerable animals, allowing them to decompress, socialize, and grow in a loving setting outside of a shelter. We are also looking for families willing to foster adult cats, special needs or semi-ferals cats. We're looking for families who can provide: A quiet, calm space: A spare room or a secluded area where the cat can feel secure and not overwhelmed. Patience and understanding: It may take time for your foster cat to come out of their shell. Slow, gentle interactions are key. A safe environment: Ensuring they can't escape and are protected from other pets if necessary. A willingness to observe: Noting any changes in behavior or signs of increased comfort. What We Provide: -All necessary supplies (food, litter, toys, etc.). -Ongoing support and guidance from our team -Adoption efforts, we will actively market the kitties and when the cat is ready arrange all transportation and needs to get the cat in their forever home
