Position: Security Lead Supervisor Location: San Jose, CA Pay: Based on experience Schedule: Full-time / Flexible Shifts Start: ASAP We are a growing security company seeking a reliable and experienced Security Lead Supervisor to help oversee day-to-day operations, manage guards on-site, and ensure high standards of professionalism and safety. Duties Include: • Supervising on-site guards and shift operations • Ensuring post orders are followed and reports are completed • Filling in when guards call off or are late • Communicating with management and clients professionally • Maintaining a strong physical presence on-site • Training new guards as needed Requirements: • Valid Guard Card (Required) • Prior security or supervisory experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • Dependable and available for flexible hours • Clean, professional appearance To Apply: Reply with your name, resume (or brief experience summary), and best contact number.
