We are hiring Hybrid Security Guards and Unarmed Security Guards for retail stores and distribution centers in Brighton, Thornton, Aurora, Greenwood Village and the Denver area. This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals seeking steady hours, great pay, and a professional team environment. 🛡️ Positions Available: ✅ Hybrid Security Guard – $28/hr (Brighton, Thornton & Greenwood Village) 32 to 42.5 hours per week, with overtime opportunities Paid every Friday via direct deposit or Brinks pay card Health insurance after 60 days (if over 30 hours/week) & 401(k) available Work includes retail and distribution centers in Brighton & Denver area. Duties include: Access control (checking in/out visitors, vendors, trucks) Monitoring CCTV systems Clerical tasks (logs, daily paperwork) Maintaining a visible security presence to deter theft or unauthorized access Requires at least 4 years of relevant and verifiable security experience (we will check), OR current/former law enforcement (POST certified) OR military with honorable discharge Must pass a criminal background check (no felonies or serious misdemeanors) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation We ask that you obtain Denver, Federal Heights & Glendale security guard licenses within 30 days (to qualify for more shifts) Equipment required: Black outer carrier with Level IIIA (or higher) armor 2" or 2.25" duty belt with inner belt & 4 keepers Baton with sheath, OC gel spray with pouch, 1–2 NIJ-rated handcuffs & Pouch(s) We can issue a Taser, paid through small weekly payroll deductions (yours once paid off) 🚫 This position does NOT require or allow a firearm. ✅ Unarmed Security Guard – $21/hr (Denver & Aurora Area) 32 to 42.5 hours per week, overtime available Paid every Friday via direct deposit or Brinks pay card Health insurance after 60 days (over 30 hours/week) & 401(k) available Work in retail and distribution centers in Aurora & Denver area, performing: Access control (verifying visitors, deliveries, contractors) Monitoring CCTV systems Clerical work like logs & daily paperwork Providing excellent customer service, observing & reporting, deterring theft or unauthorized access Prefer at least 1 year of security or related experience, but will consider customer service, hospitality, clerical, or loss prevention backgrounds.
