We are renting out two rooms in our place both directly across from the bathroom. Both rooms are furnished with new beds. Carpets have been cleaned and has a dresser in each room and closet with mirrors on them. There’s also fans in both rooms and TVs with Wi-Fi and cable. You will have use of a laundry room and the kitchen. there is a $200 cleaning deposit and I want to see references from former places you have rented from before.
