Nestled in the serene countryside near La Selva Beach, our home offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. Our house is 10 minutes from Cabrillo College, 20 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz on a beautiful 25 acre sanctuary. The house is shared by ecology conscious individuals and we prefer no perfumes or strong scents. We seek to rent to one person who is a vegetarian, or at least willing to eat meat out of the house. Sorry no pets since we have no fencing for dogs and wildlife will eat kitties! The room has wool carpeting and is adjacent to a nice sitting area with a wood stove. The person in the bedroom is really the only one that uses the sitting area. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other female housemate. The house is quiet, peaceful and a great retreat to feel at hOMe in. :)) We are into tea culture, yoga, music, movement, organic food, raw food, great wines, nature. We have a deck garden that you can add to if you like. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and responsible human.
