It is located near the Milpitas Great Mall with easy access to highway 880, 680, 237, and within arms reach of all the large tech companies of silicon valley such as Cisco, Sandisk, Marvell, etc. We are about a 5-minute drive to the new Milpitas BART station. We are looking for a responsible working male to share in this great house, who is quiet, clean, respectful of others and their properties, and with no baggage ie. drugs, alcohol, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional but would prefer little to no cooking. You will be sharing a renovated and modern bathroom with 1 male professional, and sometimes 1 other who is rarely around.
