$1,000 Room for rent (available now- Room 2) (redwood city)

I'm renting a *furnished* room in a four-bedroom house with a shared bathroom (shared with only 1 person) and NO kitchen privileges. Contract required. Will rent to one person. Please read entire ad before calling. The house is located in Redwood City on the border of Atherton. It is right off of Woodside Rd and is very close to Stanford University and Menlo College. No pets, no smoking, professionals, and students preferred. Quiet home, extremely clean. $1,000 for rent + $100 utility ($1,100 total). We have Wifi internet and cable TV. If accepted first month rent + last month rent + $500 security deposit is required.
