$1,450 Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom (san jose south)

This listing is for an unfurnished master bedroom with its own bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath Southside San Jose home, right off Blossom Ave with Blossom Hill as its major cross street. 85 north and south freeway entrances are literally 2 mins away which makes getting straight to your commute a breeze. Oakridge is an 8 min drive away, Safeway is 10 mins away and Chavez is 5 mins away. We do have a washer and dryer onsite, as well as driveway parking. Dogs will be considered but must be friendly with other dogs and would require a pet deposit of $400. There is a small home gym set up in our garage you'd be more than welcome to enjoy to stay active. The room is 11’x12.5’ which can comfortably fit a queen bed, the bathroom is 4x5’ plus the walk in-shower and the closet size is 6’W x 8’H. Additional storage is available in the garage if needed. We do have a backyard with dog doors leading from the house for potential future fury roommates. Our living room does have a large TV with a nice functional electric fireplace insert. The standing desk can also be used if you are a WFH person as well to avoid having a desk in your room. Guests are allowed within reason, same applies for overnight guests. The rent is $1450 plus utilities (wifi $40, pge average $90). The room will be available starting August 19 and start off as a 6 month lease with month to month or a re-sign for longer if desired. First month's rent and a $500 deposit is due upon move in. A little bit about your potential roommates; Roommate one for a 4/10hr work week as an electrical engineer at a space company she enjoys cooking/meal prepping, Roommate two is store manager at a local grocery chain who enjoys staying fit and active. Both are early to mid 30’s and have been great tenants. We do enjoy our space and encourage using the common spaces.
