Security deposit with fur baby is $8,000 (weight limit 20lb; exceptions may be made on individual basis) If approved for a stay for longer than one month, last month's rent will also be required at move-in. Just 3 RULES--sorry no exceptions 1) NO wearing shoes inside the house. 2) NO wearing your white coat or scrubs that you wore in the hospital/clinic which harbor all kinds of MDR-organisms like MRSA, C diff., VRE, etc. 3) NO smoking of any kind (tob, vaping, marijuana), burning candles, or using illicit substances anywhere inside the house or on the premises.
