$1,900 RV spots on URBAN FARM 1/2mi. to the beach in Pleasure Point (santa cruz)

**PRIORITY TO TRAVEL NURSES, TEMPORARY PUBLIC SERVING / EMERGENCY WORKERS / DISASTER VICTIMS** Current availability: 1-2 full-hookup (sewer, electric, 30/50amp, WiFi) spots at our beautiful "backyard RV park" located just a 7-minute walk (1/2 mile) from the beach, across from a lagoon, in the renowned surf hotspot of Pleasure Point. Seeking tenants for a minimum of 2-month occupancy, with preference for longer stays. STRONG PRIORITY given to travel healthcare and essential/emergency workers (fire/PG&E etc.) on temporary assignments. With only 1-2 other tenants, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting, potentially sharing the space with at least one other travel nurse/couple. Additional availability is expected later in the year – inquire if interested! We have a nice farmstead garden in the summer, offering an abundance of heirloom tomatoes, greens, and more – all for your enjoyment during your stay. Feel free to get your hands dirty and grow your own produce as well! Please note, as this is our "backyard", there are no standard RV park amenities (no public shower/facilities–you must be self-contained and hook up to sewer...no compost toilets). However, the neighborhood, location, company, and food more than compensate. Every tenant has extended their stay. We can accommodate up to 40'+ rig. We're looking for well-referenced, financially secure tenants on a non-permanent basis. Monthly rent ranges from $1900-2600/mo, depending on rig size (low end for short class-C only), number of vehicles, pets, and location on the property. Rate includes utilities if a smaller rig, larger rigs are metered electrical, internet, free firewood, and FREE all-you-can-eat fresh produce from our garden. (For comparison, older RV parks 10 miles inland in the Santa Cruz mountains charge $1300-$1800/mo, PLUS utilities, for a remote location, and even then only rent out in the off-season.)
