I am a small construction company that is about a year and a half old. We work in a very localized area in Santa Cruz fixing and remodeling homes. My work can go from plumbing to electrical to carpentry to landscaping. We offer a broad variety of home services and the person I am seeking should be well rounded and able to figure their way through a variety of customer needs. This person should be able to perform complete and clean work for my customers without supervision. You should have knowledge and experience in a variety of work and should also be resourceful in situations that are not familiar with. You should be able to lift 60 plus pounds and able to get up on ladders and down under houses. You may be leading another of my staff some days and others working directly with me. We are targeting full time work and we work days. I pay fair to well and we have a very positive work environment.

Slabtown Square is a conventional apartment community in Portland, OR with 200 units. The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support the Community Managers by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis. This will include prioritizing and processing work orders which may include both urgent and routine maintenance of property and apartment units.
