(Clean) Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists •Must be able to assist in completing Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. •Must be able to assist with troubleshooting and reading blueprints/ floor plans. •Must communicate with the lead and manager regarding any issues that arise. Required Skills/Abilities: •Willing to learn electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. •Willing to learn to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Willing to learn specialty tool use – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Education and Experience: •High school diploma or GED preferred. •Must learn electrical safety knowledge. (Lock Out Tag Out) Physical Requirements: •Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. •Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. •Must be able to work in hot and confined spaces (attic work). •Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
