Lost dog found (Vancouver, Wa)

Medium sized, gray husky/Alaskan malamute mix (?) With blue-brown heterochromia found going Northwest on Boulder Ave. He/she wouldn't let me or my brother get close enough to check the tags on the collar. We followed him/her around for nearly an hour, hoping he/she would get worn out and lie down so we could hopefully get a better look at his/her tags; no dice.
