Found black cat bushy tail

Found a black cat with a bushy tail, that has brambles in it, on 181st and glisan, in he Albertsons parking lot. I'm pretty sure it was a male that is not fixed, this is because I saw it spraying a bush and I think it sprayed my tire. Not entirely scared of people. It ran right at us meowing and than got scared off by another person walk through the parking lot.
