Found Cat, Grey Tuxedo (Clackamas)

Anyone know this cat? Appears to be a male, not neutered, tuxedo but with grey instead of black. Very friendly, came right up to me head bumping into me and letting me pet him. A bit on the skinny side and he was happy to scarf down some food. Oregon City, near Grocery Outlet.
