Found dog near Rose Garden (san jose downtown)

Found a tan chihuahua or maybe chiweenie near the Rose Garden on 7/24. Male, wearing a red harness. Very friendly and sweet. Dog is being fostered through the SJ Animal Service and Care Center. All inquiries about this dog or reclaiming efforts need to be made through them.
