Lost Dog!! Help me find my best friend! (NE Killingsworth and MLK)

Dog went missing while I was in the hospital and a "friend" was watching him. Male Chihuahua. Very skiddish and protective. Went missing around NE Garfield and NE Killingworth on the 4th of July is what I was told. Pictures attached. He goes by "Monster". He's the puppy in the shirt, he 's in the background in some photos. PLEASE respond to CL if seen. I heard the "friend" may still have him and was seen downtown Portland.
