This unique legal initiative challenges unsecured credit card debt through federal statutes and procedures—distinct from debt settlement or negotiation. Our typical clients are individuals with significant credit card debt who are seeking legitimate legal remedies beyond traditional debt relief options. As a participating attorney, you’ll provide strategic oversight, ensure compliance, and guide legal processes remotely with minimal time commitment.
