Busy bankruptcy firm looking to hire two paralegals Position A - paralegal with experience with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters from start to finish - preparing petition, filing, trustee documents, proposing/amending/calculating plans, preparing motions, objecting to claims.
