Ten or more years of experience, who plans and develops medium to large-scope projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates projects. • Non-Licensed Architectural Staff • Has major project responsibility. • Plans and develops projects of medium to large scope and works under minimal supervision. • May oversee a large staff of architects and technicians. • Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. • Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs. • Involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods. • Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project • Recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs under the scope of work. • Provides professional architectural consultation in o Planning o Design o Coordination of large complex projects • Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs. • Carries out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. • May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects / architectural staff. • Manage and work independently on multiple architectural design projects (small, medium, and large projects) • Coordinate all aspects of project design and design efforts with client and junior team members, as well as consultants and AHJ's. • Coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects. • Maintain effective project communication and documentation. • Perform office administrative tasks. • Verify completion of project team assignments (in-house + consultants) • Prepare Contract / Construction Documents • Participate in design charrettes. • Assist in graphic design. • Direct and monitor uniformly high quality and production standards for project teams and team members and ensures high productivity without sacrificing quality. • Develops creative design concepts for projects. • Prepares presentation drawings. • Prepares design drawings & provides production support using the following software: o AutoCad & Revit o Sketch Up + Adobe Suite + Microsoft Office Suite + Bluebeam
