artist looking for space with proper ventilation (santa cruz)

hi, i’m a newbie painter from seabright looking for a space… been doing spin art in a storage closet with two inline fans attached to carbon filters and also an exhaust fan. Works ok but I want to upgrade my workspace - any ideas? thx, mark o’hara
