24yo wants to start rock band (Santa Cruz)

Hi there. My names William. I’m 24 and I would like to start a rock band. The band I was in up until recently fell through and I want to continue writing, performing, and recording music with other people. I play guitar, sing, and can play drums a bit too. My main influence right now is modest mouse, but I listen to a variety of genres. Would prefer to play with people who have been playing for some time and who know their instrument, but that’s not totally necessary. Ideally, I would play guitar and sing with a bassist and a drummer, but I’m open to playing bass, as long as I get to sing. I’ve made music under the name Billy Buck which you can find on Spotify and Apple Music if you’d like to see my previous stuff.
