The Community Manager will be responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents. Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience with an affordable apartment community. HUD/Section 8 experience required. COS/CPO certification preferred.
