Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of bookkeeping; technical accounting methods, practices and terminology; and office procedures and practices. Working knowledge of basic cost and fund accounting practices; budgetary processes and procedures; and automated and manual bookkeeping systems.
