Essential Functions: Provide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management, and operation of the project. Support efforts include but are not limited to: Assist Government Project Lead to generate project charter with the sponsor. Preparation of reports to the Project Sponsor. Serves as the secondary conduit for the Project Lead for all communications. Organizes and assists the Project Lead in determining acquisition strategy for project. Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts. Analyzes requirements, status, and project schedules. Provides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR). Receives and processes funding documents. Supports creating and maintaining project structures for funding in N-ERP. Track and reconcile Funding within N-ERP. Prepare project cost estimates. Assist in identifying risk. Develop project documentation. Maintain documentation in SharePoint. Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Microsoft Excel Skills. Essential understanding and knowledge of cost planning and monitoring project execution. Education: HS Diploma or GED required with 5 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree. Looking for an experienced technician to troubleshoot install cat 6 wiring and Telephone line tracing troubleshooting with a telephone line but set, toner probe set, small cable hand held tester and laptop experience. Experience is a must for installations, repair, troubleshooting Cat6, telephone line 66 block, and CCTV camera systems . Must have telephone line buttset experience. Installation of cameras and dvr systems commercially and trouble shooting. ALL solid and strong experience in ALL of my requirements must be 100%.
