Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant for our small, but busy, law firm in Sacramento. Duties include handling client intake, file openings, reviewing and editing attorney correspondence and client invoices, preparing correspondence exhibits, and projects as requested by attorneys or the Managing Shareholder. Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required; experience with Pacer filings and TimeSlips is a plus. The ideal candidate will have impeccable grammatical and editorial skills, and will pay great attention to detail. Prior experience in a professional office is preferred. The hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vacation, sick leave and a 401k plan are offered; health benefits are not provided.
