About the Role As a Developer Advocate Engineer, you will be a pivotal force in driving the adoption and amplifying awareness of the Hugging Face Hub and our paid offerings (like the Hugging Face Enterprise Hub and our new Inference Providers feature). Your primary focus will be on creating compelling technical content, to showcase the Hub's capabilities and our paid solutions. This position involves working collaboratively across various teams, including Product, Infrastructure and Open Source.In day-to-day, this role will primarily involve: Technical Content Creation: Authoring documentation, blog posts, tutorials, articles, creating engaging videos and presentations for conferences and webinars... Job Summary: The Georgia Dept. of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a technical GIS developer for configuring and developing custom Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10x, 11x (Javascript API, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Portal/Online/Hub, Field Maps) applications. Applications are deployed within SharePoint web sites. Custom GIS solutions will be integrated within .NET based applications, GDOT databases (Oracle/Oracle Exadata, SQL Server), data warehouse (Oracle Exadata), and enterprise reporting (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Data Visualizer, or Power BI). The candidate will have application programming/development, implementation, and support experience. Under broad supervision, the candidate will design, code, test, modify, and debugs computer software and applications utilizing Esri ArcGIS. The candidate will research and analyze program or systems problems, provides resolutions, and complete system documentation. The candidate will translate business requirements/user stories into development activities in secure, commented, and maintainable code.  The candidate will be working in the Enterprise GIS Team of the Office of IT Applications. The candidate will work with supporting IT team members (database, network, server, etc.) and interact with management, architects, developers, and business units. The candidate will follow internal SLDC, standards/guidelines, and accepted best practices for developing solutions. The Enterprise GIS team is composed of 2 ArcGIS developers, 2 System Administrators, a data manager, and team leader. The team supports over 180 ArcGIS Desktop users and approximately 60,000 annual ArcGIS Server web visits. Applications support GIS portal, feature mapping, project planning, emergency operations, permitting, safety, and traffic records. The team develops enterprise GIS services, applications, and databases. The team coordinates with client, server, network, and database/data warehouse personnel to support and develop the underlying IT solutions. POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Technician supports Tribal participation in major infrastructure projects by overseeing database management, project coordination, and financial tracking under the supervision of the Project Manager. This role ensures accurate data integration for regulatory compliance, environmental review, and engineering assessments while maintaining financial records, procurement oversight, and logistical support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will: • Maintain GIS databases, environmental records, and regulatory documentation while ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of project-related data. • Provide administrative support for final presentations and compiling and submitting reports to federal, state, and Tribal partners. • Track cultural resource impact assessments to support preservation efforts. • Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure alignment between field operations and administrative workflows. • Coordinate daily database operations with the Tribal Civil Engineer and Natural Resources Department Director. • Provide logistical support to engineering review teams, environmental monitors, and cultural resource specialists. • Assist in processing timesheets, staffing requests, and equipment mobilization as part of the Tribal team’s participation in the project. • Monitor funding allocations, ensuring Tribal participation remains cost-effective and compliant. • Prepare financial summaries and expenditure reports for leadership review. • Assist with grant administration, procurement approvals, and budget forecasting for preconstruction and construction phases. • Maintain contract agreements and financial records aligned with DOT & PF and Tribal financial requirements. • Ensure all regulatory filings, permits, and compliance documentation are properly maintained. • Assist Tribal Civil Engineer and Project Manager in reviewing engineering plans, geotechnical data, and cultural resource findings. • Contribute to weekly and bi-weekly Tribal team meetings, assisting in progress tracking and interagency coordination.
