Duties: Lead high-quality, safe, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes for individuals and/or small groups Tailor workouts to accommodate all skill levels Offer modifications, adjustments, and encouragement as needed Provide an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk in the door Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio environment Provide clear instruction on proper techniques and body mechanics to ensure safe practice Support the growth of the studio by promoting classes and building relationships with clients Assist in creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere as one of the studio’s founding instructors Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and program design to enhance instructional quality Skills Pilates certification or equivalent with a solid understanding of body mechanics and anatomy knowledge Strong communication skills with the ability to teach effectively and motivate clients A passion for promoting health and wellness within the community

Ideal candidates will have significant prior experience. Our office offers a friendly work environment, interesting cases, compelling clients, and the opportunity for trial experience. Duties include but are not limited to: In person presence in our Bainbridge Island office. Prepare, track, and follow up on records requests. Prepare summaries of records. Communicate with witnesses, clients, attorneys, court personnel, and experts. Draft correspondence, legal briefs, discovery requests and responses, and pleadings. Manage attorney calendars. Manage deadlines to ensure efficient case development. Prioritize, maintain review, and organize client files. Conduct medical and juror research. Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation. You are a candidate if you possess these qualifications: 3+ years' experience working in a law firm environment required; personal injury and medical negligence experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work well in a team environment and independently. Microsoft Office proficiency. Attention to detail.
