Perform tire mounting and balancing operations, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and safety. Maintain optimal tire pressure and maximize tire life. Conduct regular tire testing and collect data to assess tire performance and longevity. Visit all locations and ensure proper procedures and inflation requirements are met. Schedule and assign road and fleet services. Manage tire inventory and expense control, ensuring adequate stock levels for operational needs and conducting regular audits for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction safety practices, OSHA regulations, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
