Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation and upkeep of our commercial facilities. Support building cleanliness and safety through routine checks of fire exits, alarms, emergency lighting, and security features. Maintain service logs, tool inventory, and supply records with accuracy and detail. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized projects or repairs. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times. Participate in an emergency on-call rotation for after-hours repairs. Willingness to develop skills in specific systems as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school a plus. 2+ years of commercial maintenance or facilities experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of building systems. Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and read blueprints or system diagrams.
