YEOBO, DARLING Yeobo, Darling is a Korean-Taiwanese restaurant newly opened in June 2025 at 827 Santa Cruz Avenue, Menlo Park, California. Founded by chefs Meichih and Michael Kim, formerly of the Michelin-starred Maum in Palo Alto, Yeobo, Darling blends contemporary culinary techniques with the rich traditions of Korean and Taiwanese cuisines. WHO YOU ARE: Welcoming guests as they enter · Provides expert guidance and personalized attention throughout guest experience Managing waitlist as business requires Manage OpenTable before and during the shift to maximize cover count for service Seating guest at tables, providing menus and answering initial questions Reservation management of guest preferences while controlling service flow (keeping table rotation even between captains, etc) Engaging with guests to ensure their meal and experience is up to standards. Answering phone calls, managing reservations and answering questions. Knowledge of the menu and services offered. Assisting other positions in the restaurant as needed. Monitoring the dining room, restaurant perimeter & restrooms, and cleaning as necessary. Regularly communicating with Captains, Backwaiters and Mangers to ensure seamless service and seating. POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred with enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred Familiarity with Soju and other unique liqueurs a plus Food Handler’s certification, ABC RBS training certification Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours Must be able to move 50 pounds at time Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards

Job Title: Front Desk I Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor Level: Hourly Scope: Responsible for guest services and supporting management in the general operation of the assigned facility.
