We are seeking VERY EXPERIENCED short order cook, full time 40 hours per week. Cook Requirements Two year experience plus in a full-service restaurant preferred. Experience in cooking. Breakfast experience is a must, be able to keep work station clean and organized at all times. Experience in high-volume, fast-paced family or casual dining environment required. This role provides a warm, welcoming experience to guests while efficiently handling check-ins, ticketing, party reservations, and retail or café transactions. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bagel Baker with a passion for artisan baking. This role requires an early morning schedule and hands-on production experience. You'll be reporting directly to our Head Baker and will have the support of an Assistant Baker during your shift. Responsibilities Mix, proof, boil, and bake bagels according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistent quality and output for daily bakery service and wholesale orders. Manage oven and dough handling while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the Head Baker on production schedules and improvements. Train, guide, and coordinate tasks with the Assistant Baker. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (flour bags, trays, etc.) safely and efficiently. Schedule Standard shifts are 3:00 AM 11:00 AM.
