Blue Pan is seeking a hard working individual that enjoys working in a kitchen. - Kitchen Experience and Shift Lead experience is a must. -Responsibilities include: Daily utilizing management materials (check lists, par sheets, prep lists etc.) to effectively run assigned shift work with FOH management to accurately quote ticket times assign and oversee employee roles during the shift ensure the quality and consistency of both finished and prepped food Work with FOH management to control labor cost during shift Meet weekly with BOH management to discuss ongoing kitchen related topics Work all positions in the kitchen - Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. We have a lot of volume and you must be able to remain calm at all times.
