We are committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments for our residents. Our dedicated team works together to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere for all. Job Summary/Objective: We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and detail-oriented Apartment Site Manager to manage a portfolio of 6 properties, totaling 122 units. These vintage properties are all within 1.5 miles of one another in the NW Alphabet District. Responsibilities include: marketing, leasing, cleaning, scheduling and overseeing vendors, coordinating maintenance, preparing/posting notices, attending staff meetings, and attending ongoing training opportunities. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with a diverse population, have good computer skills, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to manage their own schedule efficiently. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
