ShareWe are seeking two mature, experienced, and professional arborists to assist Sonoma County homeowners and landowners in understanding the life cycles of trees on their properties, how these trees integrate with and shape the natural environment and human experience, and how a high-quality tree service can enhance aesthetics and lifestyle, as well as manage risks such as fall hazards, fire hazards, and all other considerations that apply to each individual setting. The ideal candidates will have the ability to naturally connect with people, while establishing a qualified authority and building the fiduciary level of trust needed to be invited to manage these properties. Essential skills include technical estimating, strong sales experience, and delivery coordination. Trustworthiness and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients are crucial. The owner can demonstrate the feasibility of the process and methods for offering honest, honorable, and high-value tree services, delivered by his well-trained and experienced team who consistently hit the mark. You must be able to take care of all parties in a relationship, acting as a fiduciary and being trustworthy and reliable. The company offers a very high value and maintains a great reputation at what we do. We perform quality tree work and take great care of our clients, particularly those who are too busy to be present when the work is carried out.
