I'm renting out the guest room in my home in Fairfax. The house is located on a tree covered hillside above Peri park in Fairfax. There are two yard/deck areas to hang and it’s a private and "country-feeling” location. the property has a relaxed, secluded vibe and yet is only a 5 minute walk to downtown! The room has it's own private entrance, is recently painted and is bright and medium in size. The rental includes full access to the kitchen (gas stove) and a bathroom w/shower (shared). The rent is $1,100 per month and includes all utilities (PGandE, water, sanitation and hi-speed internet). I am looking to rent to one person with a fairly traditional daytime work schedule and am asking for 1st and last month's rent as security deposit. i will also need solid work and landlord references. no tobacco, no hard drugs and sorry, no pets. thanks! 140sq ft
