Hi! We are looking for ONE housemate! For rent is TWO rooms, ideally for someone that wants to use the 2nd as an art studio, office, workspace, healing space, etc. Move in date is flexible but shooting for September 1st. If this listing is still up, then the rooms are still available for showing. THE ROOMS: The two bedrooms available are side by side on a separate wing of the house than the others, allowing for privacy and quiet when desired. One bedroom has a private entrance. The near bathroom can be a private bathroom if desired. There is PLENTY of storage space just outside of the bedrooms. THE HOME: The 3000 sq. ft, rustic cabin style house is on 4 acres between the towns of Occidental and Graton. 10 -15 minute drive to Sebastopol. There are two living rooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, art nook, real hardwood floors, heated by wood stove, fruit trees. (The plums are poppin right now!), plenty of space for gardening, big outdoor space with plenty of sun. OUR VALUES / DESIRED HOUSEMATE VALUES: We are calling in a roommate that is also: Earthy, geared towards "alternative" & holistic health, strongly community oriented - ideally with communal living experience, that enjoys collective effort towards cleanliness and creating a cozy home, that not only values but strives to find ways to healthily communicate & connect with others, chooses to be artificial fragrance free in the home - organic biodegradable soaps & scents only is committed to an organic food kitchen, enjoys having a home where people gather at times. Unfortunately, our landlady had requested no dogs in the house 😞 House trained cats are allowed - they will especially love the outdoor space! I will be available for showing the space immediately with taking the time to find the right fit. RENT Rent is $1800 total for both rooms together. Price is slightly negotiable, depending.
