About the house: Two-bedroom one bath home in Bennett Valley’s Holland Heights neighborhood. Large deck and garden with great views. Rent includes all utilities and weekly housekeeping. What I am looking for in a housemate: Someone kind, considerate, stable, a good communicator, tidy (does their dishes immediately etc.), responsible, and self-sufficient. I am looking for a person with no addictive behaviors including smoking, alcohol and drug use. Preferably someone who works part time or is retired, but does not work from home. About me: I am retired woman who likes to walk daily, listen to NPR, and watch mysteries and dramas at night. I am also love the arts, conversation, and the occasional board or card game. I enjoy time with friends. I am a peaceful person who appreciates frank conversation to resolve issues if they arise. I don’t have pets, but my who daughter helps me in the afternoons, brings her Pomeranian with her. I am open to having a small (under 20 lbs.) dog in the home depending on the dog’s temperament.
