SharePetaluma construction company serving the Bay Area is seeking a reliable and experienced Class A and B driver for a long-term, full-time position. Responsibilities Include: • Safely operate Class A and B vehicles to transport and deliver construction equipment and materials to various job sites throughout the Bay Area. • Efficiently load and transport construction equipment. • Manage the loading and transportation of construction materials for projects in and around the Bay Area. • Haul rock, dirt, and other materials from quarries, jobsites, and other locations to various destinations. • Perform other construction-related tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate Needs to Have: • A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. • Minimum 5 years of viable experience driving Class A or B vehicles. • Dump truck experience is preferred. • Must be able to load, secure, and transport various types of construction equipment. • Knowledge of local quarries, disposal sites, and their locations • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliability and punctuality. • Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling as required for loading/unloading and securing equipment. Desired skills but not required: • Mechanical experience with construction equipment. • Experience operating various types of construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, etc.). • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
