Delivery & Operations Specialist - Butcher Shop (Santa Rosa)

Sonoma County Meat Co. We’re a USDA-inspected butcher shop in Santa Rosa looking for a Delivery & Operations Specialist who’s steady, dependable, and takes pride in being helpful. This is a great job for someone who likes structure, works well independently, and wants to pitch in wherever needed. You’ll deliver fresh and frozen meat to local restaurants, grocers, and farms — and help around the shop when you’re not on the road. We’re not looking for flash — we’re looking for follow-through. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: -Wants to start their day early around 6:30 a.m. -Shows up on time, follows instructions, and finishes what they start. -Likes to support others and doesn’t need to be the center of attention. -Is calm, courteous, and reliable — even when things change. -Can work independently and as part of a team. -Takes pride in doing things right, even when no one’s watching. REQUIREMENTS: -Valid driver’s license + 2 years driving/delivery experience. -Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold environments. -Comfortable using GPS and driving in a variety of road conditions. -Must be organized, detail-oriented, and clear with communication.
